Sharon Rita Dunahoo

Sharon Rita Dunahoo, age 60, of Toledo, Ohio passed away February 10, 2014 at Heartland of Perrysburg. She was born May 8, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio to Carl and Juanita (Ross) Dunahoo. Sharon was employed as a cab driver for 15 years. A loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Sharon will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sharon is survived by her children, Juanita (Jake) Gatchell, Christina Lewis and Jimmy R. (Melissa) Lewis Jr.; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Albert Dunahoo, Carl Dunahoo Jr., Eugene Dunahoo and Kimberly Dunahoo; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Jones, Sr.

The family will receive guests, Friday, February 14, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, (419-381-1900). A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Sharon's memory.
