Sharmyra N. Luckett

Sharmyra N. "Myra" Luckett was a very caring, loving, shy, and sensitive young woman. She was very passionate about animals and her family. Her heart was pure with love, kindness and understanding. Don't let her passiveness fool you, her words maybe few, but her looks spoke volumes!! Myra graduated from Rogers High School where she played volleyball and softball.

Myra enrolled in The University of Toledo in social work but her passion was animals so in March, she transferred to, Stautzenberger College to pursue her lifelong dream of being a veterinarian technician. While in school she became a crew member at Arby's which she loved. Myra was also a cashier at Meijers and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Left to cherish Myra's memory is her mother Timika Luckett; sister, Njah Lucket; brother, Emmanuel Coleman; and a host of family and friends.

The family will be receiving guests Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.
