Sean T. Smith, Sr.

Sean T. Smith, Sr., age 42, of Toledo, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 after injuries sustained from an automobile accident. He was born on January 31, 1975 to Timothy and Janet (Kozina) Smith in Toledo. Sean was a carpenter by trade and could build houses from the ground up. His personality was an acquired taste. Sean enjoyed fixing and working on anything, especially cars. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Sean is survived by his parents, Timothy Smith and Janet Hurt; children, Sean (Alyssa) Smith, Jr., Samuel (Erika) Smith, Skylar Smith and Peyton Lewis; grandchildren, Raiden and Myah Smith, Gavin, Anthony and Mackenzie; siblings, Tana (Doug) Felkey, Terri Toska, and Timothy Toska; and many other family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 2 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with a Sharing of Memories beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
