Scott E. Belknap, age 48, of Toledo, passed away August 27, 2014. Scott was born June 28, 1966 in Toledo to his mother Sandy Gerrie. He was employed with the Perstorp company for more than 20 years. Scott enjoyed racing, hunting, gaming, hanging with the Captain, and working on projects with his grandkids.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Tina, dog Bear, mother Sandy Gerrie, sister, Jody (Gary)Comiskey, children Amber (Ricky) Mendoza, Jeremy (Penny) Ginter, Ashley Kasmierski, nephew Jason Belknap, seven grandchildren, and a great niece. Scott is preceded in death by his step-father, Mike Gerrie,
The family will receive guests Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 5 pm. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Scott's memory.
