Sandra Lee Miller

Sandra Lee Miller, age 62, of Delta, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011 in her home. She was born on May 3, 1949 to Lawrence and Nancy Miller in Toledo. Sandra was a graduate of Sylvania High School in 1967. She worked most of her adult life for the Kressege Company. Sandra was the 1st woman in the Northwest Ohio District to manage a stockroom, at the Kmart on Central and Holland-Sylvania. For the last 11 years, she was the owner and operator of Mopsters Cleaning Service, LLC. Sandra moved to Delta, Ohio 14 years ago to enjoy the country living she so much enjoyed. She also loved to garden and do needlework.

Sandra was preceded in death by her loving significant other, Jack Phillip Essam. She is survived by her loving daughter, Tara, a nursing student at The University of Toledo; mother, Nancy; and sisters, Darlene, Jacquelyn and Annette.

The family will receive guests on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900) with Memorial Services beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
