Samuel Duncan

Samuel Duncan, age 66 of Toledo, passed away Friday, April 18, 2008 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 12, 1942 to Charlie and Lillian (Tribell) Duncan in Alva, KY. Sam was a U.S. Army veteran and later was employed as a mechanic. Sam spent time fishing as well as riding and fixing motorcycles. He also enjoyed cookouts and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Geraldine; Peggy; Loraine; and Roy. Sam is survived by his daughter Alice, his son Shawn (Tammie); grandchildren Andrew, Lucas, Craig, Colin, and Katie; siblings, Mary, Butch, and Robert. His companion, Nettie, also survives Sam.

At Sam's request there will be no visitation or services, however a celebration of his life will be held at Pearson Park on May 10th.
