Samantha Joéle Proshek, 29, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2013.
Samantha made friends everywhere she went. She loved spending time with her family at gatherings. Samantha enjoyed keeping in touch with her many many friends on FaceBook. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Clifford and Margaret Proshek; siblings, Michele, Alexander (girlfriend, Tiffany Cisek), Sarah (Kevin) Elliott; grandmother, Mildred Proshek and many cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.
The family will receive guests from 1-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). A Memorial Service will begin at 4:00 p.m.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Dept., 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
