Ruth M. Tischler, age 86, formerly of Wickliffe, Ohio passed away March 10, 2014 at Lutheran Village at Wolfcreek. She was born August 30, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph and Antonio (Ban) Fabjancic. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Ruth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Ruth is survived by her children, Debora L. (Michael) Ginther of Carrollton, Georgia, David S. Tischler of Los Angeles, California and Daniel G. (Tricia) Tischler of Maumee, Ohio; sister, Lillian (Tom) Osters; grandchildren, Andrew (Tabitha) Ginther, Benjamin (Joy) Ginther, Theresa Ginther, Samantha Tischler, Jacob Tischler; and great-grandson, Christopher Grayson Ginther. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Tischler and grandson Christopher Ginther.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 1730 Mount Carmel Drive, Wickliffe, Ohio 44092. The family will receive guests at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
