Rosie Romero, 50, died February 7, 2013, peacefully in her Rossford home.
She was born May 1, 1962, in Pueblo, Colorado and moved to Toledo, Ohio with her immediate family as a child.
Ms. Romero was a devoted mother to her son, Jesus Romero. He was truly the light of her life, and she was very excited to be welcoming her first grandson this April.
Ms. Romero is survived by her son, Jesus, her grandpa Leopoldo Archibeque, her sister, Venus (Jeff), her brothers, Carlos (Cathy), Leroy (Ruth) and Jeffery (Jo Ann) and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Eulelia Cesareo and her grandmother, Arselia Archibeque.
The family will receive guests Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Sunday at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
