Rosetta Marie Lovett, age 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 5, 2009.
On September 30, 1920 she was born to William and Diora (Rose) Rutherford in Jellico, Tennessee.
Survivors include son, Ryland (Marcia) Lovett of North Port, Florida; daughter-in-law, Judy Lovett of Toledo; 8 grandchildren, Carla Lovett, Brian Lovett, Richard Lovett, Jamie Snyder, Bruce Lovett, Michelle Bronson, Julie Sengstock, Bradford Lovett, 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, two sisters, Dorothy Wolfenbarger of North Carolina and Arletta Sowder of Toledo.
Preceding her in death is her husband Hugh Lovett; son, Joe Carl Lovett; daughter, Coleen Filipovich; and two brothers, James and T.J. Rutherford.
Rosetta worked at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in the culinary service department, later retiring after 20 years. She was a loving and caring mother and also a doting grandmother.
Memorial contributions may be to a charity of the donor's choice.
The family will receive guests Monday, from 2-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. John Fultz. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
