Rosemary Schwarzkopf

Rosemary Schwarzkopf, age 90, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Friday, September 16, 2011 at Ebeid Hospice Residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 16, 1921 to Clarence and Arvilla (Egger) Tillman in Toledo. Rosemary and her husband Karl built their home 57 years ago and raised their family there. She and Karl loved to travel and for 15 years went to Myrtle Beach. Rosemary loved nothing more than spending time with her family and taking care of them which she did until her last breath. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rosemary is survived by her loving husband of almost 71 years, Karl Schwarzkopf; children, Thomas, James (Cathy), Michael (Julie) and Joy (Dan) Schwarzkopf; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and special friend, Dottie Dockins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her, son, Robin Schwarzkopf; grandsons, Timothy Schwarzkopf and Michael Allen; daughter-in-law, Catherine Schwarzkopf; 2 brothers and 1 sister.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) with Memorial Services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
