RoseMary Reyome nee Wesley, 74, went to be with the Lord on Mother's Day, May 13, 2012. She was born on May 1, 1938 to the late Jessie (Knakiewicz) and John Wesley in Toledo, Ohio.
RoseMary retired from the Anthony Wayne Local Schools after 35 years, where she worked as a Playground/Cafeteria Aide at Waterville Primary School. She loved kids and enjoyed working with them. RoseMary served as a Sunday School Teacher at Zion Lutheran Church for many years. She also worked as a Telephone Operator for Ohio Bell in Toledo and for Woolworth's in Bowling Green. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 463 in Waterville. RoseMary's family meant everything to her and she was a warm and loving grandmother. She enjoyed cake-decorating. Many of you may remember those special sugar cookies she made just for you! RoseMary's hobbies included: crocheting, reading, watching cooking shows and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She will be admired for the courage and grace in which she handled her illness, Scleroderma.
In addition to her parents, RoseMary was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin "Mick"; sister, Shirley and step-father, Anthony. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Patty (Dan) Bischoff and Kathie (Doug) Podiak; siblings, John (Carla) and Phillip (Marilyn) Wesley, Anthony Kazmierczak, Susan Kazmierczak, Sandra (Doug) Prothero; grandchildren, Tim (Sarah Worline), Matt and Danielle Bischoff, Jesse and Samantha Podiak; great-grandchildren, Kaelynn and Quinn Bischoff and many dear friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 27 at Zion Lutheran Church, 22 N. Second St., Waterville at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Stephen Bauerle officiating. Gathering time with family and friends will take place in the Family Life Center at the church beginning at 1 p.m.
RoseMary wished to be cremated and her ashes will be placed with her husband at Wakeman Cemetery.
