Rose A. (Uribe) Belcher, born July 4, 1956, went home to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus, on January 18, 2022. She was born to Luis O. Uribe and Amelia (Hernandez) Uribe. Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Beloved Friend.

Rose was born in Toledo, Ohio. She grew up on North Erie Street. Rose attended Stickney Elementary and Woodward High School. After High School she went on to Barber School. Rose was married to Frank Belcher, for 18 years. She had 5 children and 4 step-children. She retired as a department manager at Food Town, to help with her grandkids, she felt nobody else could care for them like grandma could. She was a Loving, funny, kind, passionate, smart, amazing, beautiful (inside and out) and true to her birthday a Firecracker. Some of her hobbies were gardening, home improvements and while the Lord Jesus was her first Passion garage saling came in at a clooossssse second.

Rose Loved The Lord Jesus with all her heart. She had a servants heart, always willing to help others and give what she had. Rose Loved to host parties for her family. Always "Thanking the Lord and Blessing the person who prepared the feast". Rose attended First Apostolic Church in, in Sylvania, OH. She was a helper to Brother Charlie Morrin and his family at FAC with Second Helping Ministries. Just like her mother before her, she Loved her Pastor and his Wife.

Rose Loved her children and grandchildren, they meant the world to her. She put everything she knew into teaching them. Love, Respect, Forgiveness and how to treat others. Especially, when it came to what matters most in this world, God.

Rose was a protector as well. She took the responsibility of Daughter, Mother, Wife, Older Sister, Aunt and Friend, on her shoulders with her whole heart. Her family and friends always knew they could count on her with any need or problem, she would find a solution, give comfort or be a listening ear.

Rose was preceded in death by her mother Ameilia Dominguez and father Luis Uribe. Sisters Margaret Uribe and Julie Angel. Brother Manuel Uribe and Nephew Tony Lands.

Rose is survived by her husband Frank Belcher. Rose's sisters, Mary Jane (Dennis) Hairabedian, Linda (John) Lands, Angela (Randy) Fritz, Roberta Whalen, Thereasa Uribe, Patricia Uribe and Luis Uribe Jr. Rose's children Rachel (Dave) Brasher, Lee (Crystal) Gibson, Jennifer (Nicholas) Adams, Amanda (Adrian) Masuca , Stephanie Weeks, Frank , Robert, Timothy and Michelle Belcher. Her grandchildren Jade (Ricardo), Jenna, Alyssa, Corey, Destinee (Alex), Cassidy, Nicholas (Riley), Rose (Luis), Audrey, Derrick, Conor, Adriana, Aiden, Arabella, Samantha, David, Ava, Isaiah, Hunter, Tommy, Tasha, Toni, Heaven, Timothy Jr., and Kaeley. Great-grandchildren, Ricardo Miguel ,Tenley, Jordan, Kendrick, and Izel . So many Nieces (great-nieces), nephews (great-nephewa), aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 10:00am at First Apostolic Church, 5701 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania,OH 43623 FAC Toledo. With a luncheon to follow.
