Ronald N. Mason

Ronald Newell "Grumpy" Mason was born to Harold D. and LeVon (Newell) Mason on March 1st, 1934 in Toledo. He died peacefully at the age of 81, on November 11, 2015 at Ebeid Hospice with family at his side. Ron was a skilled salesman for 40 years. His proudest accomplishment was starting Northern Ohio Cash Register. Ron's hobbies included sports enthusiast, Ham Radio operator and an avid collector of various items. The most important was he enjoyed traveling with his wife in his motorhome and to Florida in the winters. He was a loving, caring and devoted "Grumpy" family man.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Marita "Mickey" Mason; children, Ronald (Margie) Mason, Michael Mason, Leslie (David) Gooch, Ronald Newell Mason, II, Anthony Estvanik and Angela Estvanik; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation and Services for Ron were Private. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
