Ronald E. Kretzer

Ronald E. Kretzer, age 59, of Toledo passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2013 at his home. He was born May 24, 1954 in Toledo to Earl and Grace (Miller) Kretzer. Ron received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree from the University of Toledo. He was an extraordinary and creative hair stylist for Elle Salon, formerly Medussa Salon for the past 35 years. Ron enjoyed landscaping and flower arranging, the most important part of his life was his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving sister, Jan (Bill) Liparoto; niece, Juli Yocum; nephews, Rick and Dennis Yocum; great nephews, Brendan and Bryce Holbrooke and long-time friend, Tim. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Grace Kretzer.

The family will receive guests Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, (419-473-0300).
