Ronald H. Davis

April 24, 1935 — February 7, 2024

Ronald H. Davis, age 88, of Sylvania, passed away February 7, 2024 at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Sylvania. Ronald was born April 24, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Herbert Davis and Ethel Demecs.

Ronald graduated from Woodward High School. He was a social butterfly and had a "gift of gab", which is what made him a very successful and talented salesman. Ronald worked many jobs in sales throughout the years and lastly worked at Sears for 5 years, before he retired. He loved meeting new people and getting to socialize for work! To keep him busy during retirement, he would build his own computers, wood work and make unique and personalized items, and volunteer for local organizations. Ronald was a self-taught handyman; he made beautiful wood pieces, like golf clubs, and could fix and create anything! Most of all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a supportive grandpa that attended the extracurricular activities. The moments spent together and the memories made, will be missed. This isn't goodbye, but we will see you again!

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving children, Tamara Davis, Ronald (Nadine) Davis, and Tracey (Jeff) Rudnicki; grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, and Aaron; siblings, Jimmy, Jerry, Sue, and Joey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 60 years, Therese (Grabmeier) Davis; and sisters, Diane, Judy, and Nancy.

A private family prayer service will take place.
