Rodney Edward Horton passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 26th, 2013 in Toledo Hospital Emergency Department. He was 48 years old.
Rodney was born July 15th, 1964 in Toledo. He attended Zion Lutheran, Springfield High School and University of Toledo. He moved to Washington, D.C. and was employed as a Real Estate Agent for over 25 years. Upon returning to Toledo he joined his family in their construction company.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5th, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Wake Services will be held Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Nebo Baptist Church, 831 North Detroit Ave. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
