Roberta Smith

Roberta L. Smith, age 64, of Toledo, passed away July 5, 2016 at St. Anne's Mercy Hospital. Roberta was born June 21, 1952 in Toledo to Robert and Alice (Lorenzen) Hall. Roberta was employed by the Toledo Hospital's W.W. Knight Family Practice. For 20 plus years she volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America. In retirement, she enjoyed visiting with family and friends as well as listening to UT Rockets and Cleveland Indians games.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 38 years, Michael R.; daughter, Ariel (Michael J.) Benewiat; son, Aaron Smith; grandson, Michael O. Benewiat, siblings, Larry (Musa) Hall and Leira English. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Alice.

The family will receive guests at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Memorial services will begin at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
