Robert L. Sullivan, Sr.

Robert L. Sullivan, Sr., 91, born September 3, 1930, in Drew, Mississippi, to the union of James and Freddie (Thomas) Sullivan passed away August 8, 2022, at home. He is survived by his children, Robert Sullivan Jr. (Rosemary), Diane Sullivan, Joanne Crittenden, and Jackie Buckingham; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Church (George); special son-in-law, Chris Crittenden, who stuck with Robert from the beginning until the end of his illness. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Sullivan, and his son, Roy Sullivan.

Friends and family may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo (419-473-0300) on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., a home going service will start at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Patricia Sullivan officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
