Robert L. Stiles

Robert L. "Bob" Stiles, age 76, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born on July 9, 1944 to Richard and Betty (Kruse) Stiles in Ottawa, OH. Bob was a 1962 graduate of Macomber High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam War. Bob worked at Chrysler for 41 years before retiring. He was a car enthusiast, especially loving Corvettes having owned several throughout his lifetime. Bob was very handy and always tinkering around fixing things. He loved BBQ and was known as the grill master. Bob was very hardworking, dedicated, had a huge heart and loved helping others. He enjoyed country music and watching the CMA's. Bob loved spending time with his family, most importantly his grandchildren. His smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Maureen "Moe" Stiles on November 4, 2020. Left to cherish Bob's memory are his loving children, James Stiles, Craig Stiles and Megan (Johnathan) Burroughs; grandchildren, Sierra, Elijah, Gabriel, Brooklynn, Jonah, and Lydia; siblings, Don Stiles, and Jan (Darrell) Adams; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Graveside Services for Bob & Moe will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 3665 Genoa Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
A Celebration of Life to honor Bob & Moe will be held at Prime Nightlife on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
