Robert L. "Tiny" McClellan, age 67, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024 after a brief illness. He was born December 10, 1956 in Nuremberg, Germany to Lloyd McClellan and Frances "Gail" McClellan Huff. He was raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and he was currently living in Stryker, Ohio.
He served in the United States Army Special Forces. He was a truck driver for various companies and he also worked as an industrial spray painter for several companies through Painter's Union Local 7. He was a member of AA with 19 years of sobriety. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
On September 6, 2002, he married Hope Rader, and she survives. Surviving in addition to his wife are his sons, Bobby McClellan of Frankfort Indiana, James McClellan at home, Charles McClellan at home, one daughter, Penelope McClellan at home, his mother, Gail Huff of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, and the members of the Wings of Change Motorcycle Club and their families. He was preceded in death by his son, David McClellan, his sister, Margaret Pearson, his father Lloyd McClellan, and his stepfather, Jon Huff.
There will be no visitation. There will be a celebration of life and memorial motorcycle run at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Wauseon, Ohio on Saturday, May 25, 2024 beginning at 10 AM. Donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
