Robert Lutz

Robert R. Lutz, age 67, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born on February 25, 1939 to Roswell and Nadine (Goulet) Lutz in Toledo. Robert was veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked as a steel fabricator with Kuhlman Engineering for 25 years. Robert was an avid Intarsia Woodworker and was an all around handy man, always working on projects with the kids. He enjoyed fishing, camping, being outdoors and watching Nascar. Robert loved nothing more than spending time with his loving family.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Susan Lutz; children: Todd Lutz, Kris (Jeff) Holsten, Troy (Sonya) Lutz and Mike (Dawn) Lutz; grandchildren: Courtney, Jordan, Kelsey, Casey, Storm, Hunter and a baby boy on the way; father: Roswell (Jeanette) Lutz; sister: Donna (Jerome) Murd; brothers: Gary (Jackie) and James (Jo) Lutz; dogs: Baby and Tinker; and cat: Puddy Cat. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nadine Lutz.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, November 4, 2006 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.

Robert's family would like to thank family and friends who gave him tender care. We would also like to give our special thanks to Sandy and his new friends at chemotherapy at Flower Hospital and Dr. Kenneth Krupp.
