Robert L. Hill

Robert L. "Bob" Hill, age 62, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the University Of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on June 29, 1949 to Wilfred and Rosemary (Klinker) Hill in Toledo. Bob was the owner and operator of Hill Irrigation and had previously done vending in Michigan. He was a past member of the Knights of Columbus and the Toledo Yacht Club. Bob enjoyed boating and fishing. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Iona Dopler and uncle, Bernie Klinker. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Josephine Hill; children, Sarah (Dale) Smith, Matthew and Adam Hill; grandchildren, Summer, Miah and one grandson on the way; sister, Sharon (Ron) Buermele; nephew, Chad Buermele; niece, Brittany Buermele; and many other family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Saturday from 2 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) where Funeral Services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
