Robert A. Hertzfeld

Robert A. "Bob" Hertzfeld, 86, of Waterville, passed away September 1, 2022 in his home where he was born and lived most of his life. Robert was born on May 28, 1936 in Waterville Township to Clarence and Alice (Kuebbler) Hertzfeld.

Bob was a kind and humble man who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and lived it with integrity and credibility.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marcia Hertzfeld; children, Mark (Mary) Hertzfeld, Stephen Hertzfeld, and Brooke Hertzfeld; grandchildren, Matthew (Lara) Hertzfeld, Jenelle (Dan) Calverley, Evan (Hannah) Hertzfeld, Hilary (Tim) Ritz, Hayden Clouse, and Aislinn Clouse; great-grandchildren, Lorelei Hertzfeld, Mason Hertzfeld, Hudson Hertzfeld, Nora Hertzfeld, and Josey Ritz; step-grandchildren, Brandon (Bethany) Hornyak, Ben Hornyak, and Britany (Jason) Apgar; step-great-grandchildren, Henry Hornyak and Frances Hornyak; and siblings, Philip (Jackie) Hertzfeld, David (Janet) Hertzfeld, Barbara (Gene) Heising, Clarence (Kathie) Hertzfeld and Bill (Leslie) Hertzfeld.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Tom Hertzfeld, Diane Heuerman and Frank Hertzfeld.

Private services will be held at a later date with burial at St. Patrick Cemetery, S. River Rd., Grand Rapids, Ohio.
