Robert "Bob" Klotz

Robert Charles Klotz, age 64 of Toledo, passed away October 26, 2014. Robert was born December 30, 1949 in Napoleon, Ohio to William and Virginia Klotz. He was employed with the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier most recently working out of the Tremainsville office for more than 30 years retiring in 2005. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Robert loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Since retirement he also enjoyed taking walks daily especially in the Toledo Metro Parks.


Robert was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife of more than 30 years, Yvonne D Klotz, sons Kyle Klotz, Curtis (Iris) Klotz, two grandchildren, mother Virginia Klotz, brother Kenneth Klotz, sister Teresa (Richard) Callahan and numerous nieces and nephews.


The family will receive guests Friday, October 31, 2014 from 11:00-12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 12:00 pm. in the funeral home. Interment will be at a future date.
