Rita T. Polonski, age 82 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 where she was surrounded by her family at Ebeid Hospice.
She was the daughter of Rosa and Augustus Utz and she was born on June 18, 1929 in Stulingen, Germany. Rita has lived in Toledo since 1970.
Rita is survived by her husband, Michael Polonski, Sr.; son, Michael A. (Glenda) Polonski of Melvindale, Michigan; daughter, Tatianna Polonski, M.D. of New York and many dear friends.
The family would like to specially thank West Park Family Physicians, headed by Dr. Bruce Hillard and two members of N.R.C., Janet M. and Melissa L. for their care and support of Rita.
At this time all services for Rita will be private.
