Rita M. Bielawski, age 81, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Sunday, January 25, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 11, 1927 to Louie and Sarah LaPlant in Toledo.
Rita is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, George F. Bielawski; and many other family members.
The Newcomer Funeral Home assisted the family with professional services.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, especially nurses, Tonya, Connie and Mary and caregiver, Cherrie for all of their loving care and support given to Rita and her family throught this difficult time.
