Rita K. Teall

Rita K. "Aunt Sis" Teall, age 82 of Erie, Michigan passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 3, 1928 to Arthur and Kathryn (Schaal) Teall in Toledo. Rita worked as a payroll clerk at City Auto Stamping in Toledo for over 27 years, later retiring in 1980. She was the President of the Women's Auxiliary at Walter Weller Post 135 and a charter member of St. Pius X Catholic Parish. In her spare time Rita enjoyed tending to her vegetable garden, which she was very proud of. Rita was a devoted Ohio State Buckeye's fan.

Left to cherish her memory is her niece, Jan (Jim) Kistner; nephews, John Teall and Dennis Teall and niece-in-law, Kathy Teall; sister-in-law, June Teall; 11 great-nieces and nephews and 19 great-great nieces and nephews and dear friend of 28 years, Marsha Siglow. Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Art Teall and Robert J. "Bob" Teall and nephew, Robert F. "Bobby" Teall.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 19th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3011 Carskaddon Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43606.
