Richard L. Yockey

Richard L. Yockey, age 68, of Toledo, passed away March 2, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born March 1, 1957 in Toledo to Wayne and Pauline (Stewart) Yockey. Richard worked as a General Contractor with X pert Performance, LLC for many years. He had the reputation as the "neighborhood watch dog." Richard had a green thumb and enjoyed working in his garden.

In addition to his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by sister, Linda Yockey and brothers, Mark and Wayne Yockey. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carol A. Yockey; son, Brandon Yockey; siblings, John Yockey, Lee Yockey, Sandra Kovach and Pamela King.

The family will receive guests, Sunday, March9, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Newcomer SW Chapel , 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, (419-381-1900).

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Richard 's memory.
