Richard W. Watkins
Rick, 49, passed away on August 14th, 2011. He was born on January 14th, 1962 to the late Donna Gilhouse and James Watkins.
Rick was a volunteer for the Spencer Twp. Fire Dept. for over 16 years. He worked as a security guard for RMF Nooter. Rick was a huge fan of Nascar and enjoyed writing poetry.
In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 30 years, Rorie; son, Richard (Hailey); siblings, William Perry, Patricia (Dennis) Bylow, James (Rosie) Watkins and many other loving family members.
The family will receive guests on Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Pastor Jerry Craig officiating. Burial at Swanton Cemetery.
