Richard Szafranski age 84, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 30, 2018 at his home. He was born to parents William and Helen on July 15, 1933 in Toledo, Ohio.
After high school he joined the United States Armed Forces. He retired from Dana after 28 years as a Tool and Dye Maker. He really was an animal lover especially his cats and loved riding horses. During the winter he would spend his time skiing.
He has now left to join his maker and his loving wife in Heaven. Melba Szafranski proceeded in him in death in 1996. He will be greatly missed by his Sister, Nancy Jankowski; Niece, Sandy (Ed) Briskey; Nephew; Terry (Jackie) Jankowski.
Richard's family had a private going home service on Tuesday, June 05, 2018. Arrangements were made with Newcomer Southwest Chapel 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614
