Richard Byron Howard, age 70, of Maumee, passed away on September 23, 2017 in his home. He was born October 1, 1946 in Toledo to Byron and Elizabeth "Betty" (Scott) Howard.
Dick graduated from Springfield High School in 1964. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. Dick was a Brick Mason by trade and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was an avid University of Michigan fan.
Dick is survived by his siblings, Charlene Keifer, Rebecca (David) Grochowski, James (Diane) Howard, Deborah (William) Burt, Mary Howard, Robert (Donna) Howard and Joyce (Greg) Shank; sisters-in-law, Jane Howard and Shelia Howard; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his brothers, Thomas, Jack and sister, Laura.
