Ricardo M. Thompson, age 40, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at home with his mom. He was born on September 8, 1973 to Rodrick and Patricia (Williams) Thompson in Toledo. Ricardo was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School. He was employed with Impact Products for the last 5 years. Ricardo loved all sports especially basketball and football. He enjoyed the time spent with his family and friends, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Ricardo is survived by his loving mother, Patricia Williams; brothers, Keith and Kevin; father, Rodrick Thompson; special nephews, Kevlito and Kenny K.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Saturday from 12 – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
