Rhoda Ann (Badgett) Burgess was born on April 12, 1940 in Swanton, Ohio to the late Howard and Arnell Badgett. And entered into Heaven on May 24, 2014 at 10:12 pm (Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg).
Rhoda was a very loving caregiver, both professionally and in the community. She was also a foster grandmother at Mount Vernon Head Start.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 5 sisters and 4 brothers; special caregiver, Charles Merriweather; 4 children, Larry D. Palmer, James E. (Rochelle) Palmer, Steven B. Palmer and Rhaunda R. (Vincent) Fox; 3 grandchildren, Keyonndra S. (Robert) McLane, Alonta R. Palmer, Vincent A. Fox, Jr., and a blessing of great-grandchildren, friends and family.
