Rev. David Stephenson

Rev. David A. Stephenson, age 71, passed away to be with Our Lord and Savior, Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Heartland of Perrysburg. He was born February 16, 1939 to Russell and Ruth (Johnson) Stephenson-Custar in Toledo, Ohio. David was a member of Calvary Bible Chapel. He worked at W.T. Grant for five years before transferring to the maintenance department for the Toledo City Schools, where he worked for 30 years before retiring. He is survived by his mother; children, Angela (Kevin) Carmona, Mark (Kelly) Stephenson and Mike Stephenson; brother, Randall (Rose) Stephenson; sisters, Donna Spurgeon, Vicki (Denny) Duncan and Sharon Callahan; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his father; wife of 20 years, Beverly Stephenson and brother-in-law's , Don Spurgeon and Chuck Callahan.

The family would like to thank Heartland of Perrysburg for the loving care they provided for David over the past 8 years.

The family will receive guests, Sunday, February 21, 2010 2-3:00 p.m. at Calvary Bible Chapel, 3740 W. Alexis Rd, Toledo, Ohio. Memorial Services will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the church. Officiating will be Pastor Andy Hill.
