Rebecca "Becky" L. Gearhart
Rebecca "Becky" L. Gearhart passed away unexpectedly, in her sleep on May 25th, 2009 at the young age of 44. She was born to Robert and Janice McFate on July 10th, 1964. Becky was a very loving, caring and devoted sister, mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed reading, partying, gardening, Cancun and spending time with her family. Becky recently spent time researching her diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
In addition to her parents Becky was preceded in death by her sister, Dianne and son, Christopher. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 10 years, Thomas R. Gearhart; sister, Jennifer; children, Rachel; Richard; Raina; Roxanne and Ryan; step-children, Tommy; Stefan and Tricia; grandchildren, Alexis; Santino; Tommy, III; Saniyah; Annalicia; Charles, Jr.; Frankie; Connor and Ricky, III; special niece, Nicole and special friend, Connie Militano.
Becky's children would like to pay a special tribute to "Big Daddy" for showing their mother how to be happy and treating her good and for loving her. You were not only her husband, you were her best friend. We thank you and we love you.
The family will receive guests Friday from 3-4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with a Memorial Service to Celebrate Becky's life beginning at 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make contributions are asked to consider a donation to the Family's Wishing Well.
