Raymond Grzechowiak

Raymond M. Grzechowiak, age 62, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2006 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born February 25, 1944 to Raymond and Virginia Grzechowiak in Toledo. Ray was a graduate of Rogers High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Army in Germany. He was a salesman for over 30 years most recently employed with Miracle Ear. Ray was a longtime member of NorthPoint Church and an active member of the Worship Team. He was a talented drummer and enjoyed jazz music. Ray was also a lover of animals, particularly cats. Most importantly, Ray loved spending time with his family and friends.

Ray was preceded in death by his father, Raymond H. Grzechowiak. He is survived by his loving wife, Cleo; daughter, Kay Beth Spivak; mother, Virginia Timmons; brothers, Joseph (Francine); Robert (Chris) Grzechowiak; half-sister, Susan (Joseph) Musil; grandchildren, Sarah; Jaden and Adam and many other dear family members and friends.

The family will receive guests Sunday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at NorthPoint Church, 3708 W. Laskey Rd. Officiating will be Pastor Brad Wotring.
