Randolph J. Lewis, 51, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008 in his home. Randy worked the freight dock at General Mills for 25 years before retiring with disability in 1998. He served as Union Steward for many years. Randy's great love of fishing, boating, wood crafting and the great outdoors were inherited from his Native American Indian mother and love of fun and life from his Irish father. He will be sadly missed by all of us.

Randy was the beloved husband of Christine (Gaines); loving father of Rana (Mat) Tazelaar and step-daughter, Lt. Dawn Thomas; Grandfather to two beautiful grandchildren, Allie 5 years and Ryan 3 years; cherished son of, Richard and Clarice Lewis; brother, Mark Lewis, nieces, Diana Stage, Rayleen (Vincent) Flores; great niece, Autumn; Great nephews, Jake, Vincent, Will and Drew; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Waiting in Heaven is sister, Sandra Stage.

The family will receive guests on Thursday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 6:00 p.m.
