Ramona Patlan Hernandez

Ramona Patlan Hernandez, age 91, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away and went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2023, at her home surrounded by love. She was born on February 19, 1931, in Maxwell, Texas, to the late Jose and Soledad (Prieto) Patlan.
Ramona was a wonderful wife and mother, taking care of her children, she always made sure that the house was clean and food was on the table. She was a wonderful cook, who could cook and bake anything. Family was number one in her eyes; she was very family oriented and enjoyed the moments spent with them, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. Ramona liked to sew, which she always made items for her family, such as blankets. Her smile, love, and cooking will forever be missed. This isn't goodbye, it's see you later…
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her two loving daughters, Mary Kauth and Ester (Michael) Carner; two loving sons, Robert (Nancy) Hernandez and Jose Hernandez; grandchildren, Stephen Kauth, Jessica Kauth, Michael Carner Jr., Julie Carner, Matthew Carner, Keith (Jen) Hernandez, and Kevin Hernandez; nine great grandchildren; sisters, Juanita, Vico, Marie, and Angie; and brothers, Joaquin and David.
In addition to her parents, Ramona was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Hernandez; brothers, Antonio, Luis, and Reyes; son-in-law, Jim Kauth; grandson, Gary Kauth; and granddaughter, Samantha Carner.
At this time, there will be no services held.
