Rachael Kelly McHugh, age 35, of Toledo, passed away February 9, 2021 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center after a long battle with Crohn's Disease. She was born April 9, 1985 in Toledo to Timothy and Dolores McHugh. Rachael graduated from Bowsher High School in 2003.
Rachael is survived by her daughter, Jaelynn; parents, Tim and Dolores McHugh; sister, Hayley; long-time companion, Matt Poturalski and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dave and Joanne Rangel and John and Connie McHugh.
The family will celebrate Rachael's life on February 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 434 Eastern Ave., Toledo, OH 43609.
