Phyllis Ann Fleck, 73, of Toledo, passed away November 13, 2020 at St. Lukes Hospital. Phyllis was born May 19, 1947 in Toledo to Paul and Lois (Miller) Fleck.
She is survived by her significant other, Howard Brown; sons, Brett and Brian Biggs; grandchildren, Harmony, Brendan, and Andrew Biggs; siblings, Christine (Earl ), Paula, Pamela (Rick) Caroline (John), Mike (Kathy); and many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive guests Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900).
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Phyllis's memory.
