Phillip Robert Lentz

Phillip Robert Lentz, age 62, of Toledo, Ohio passed away September 1, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. He was born April 7, 1953 in Toledo to Robert and June (McClure) Lentz. Phil loved his Harley's and his dog, "Sasha."
Phil is survived by his daughters, Clara (Kris) Hall and Katie (Austin) Downs; four grandchildren; siblings, Kathy (Dennis) Duffey, Dennis (Jacquie) Lentz, Denise (Jim) Facemyre and Glen (Patti) Lentz; and many special friends. In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd Lentz.
The family will receive guests, Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo (419-381-1900). A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Phil's memory.
