Phillip A. Ellis

Phillip A. "Phil" Ellis, age 44, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 15, 2008 at St. Anne's Hospital. He was born on March 28, 1964 to Joe and Sammie (Chambers) Ellis in Indianapolis, Indiana. Phil often enjoyed working on race cars and playing Frisbee golf. He also loved his canine companion, Emmy. Phil will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, David Machcinski, grandmother, Myrtle Chambers, aunt, Grace Jolley and nephew, Jeffrey Radabaugh. Phil is survived by his loving wife, Jackie (Rasmussen) Ellis; mother, Sammie Machcinski; siblings, Wanda Molter, Brian (Shelly) Ellis and Sy Radabaugh; his baby, Emmy; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

There will be no visitation for Phil per his wishes. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
