Phil Kiefer, age 50, passed away peacefully at home on July 10, 2017. He was born on October 25, 1966 in Toledo, Ohio.
Phil was an avid sports fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys and NY Yankees. He adored animals, especially his dog, Max. Phil enjoyed spending time with his many friends. He will always be remembered for his friendly smile.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sue; step-son, David Mohler; mother, Karen Kiefer. Phil was preceded in death by his father, Bernard and grandparents, Claire and Mildred Hoffman.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
The family requests memorials be made in Phil's name to: The Toledo Area Humane Society.
