Peter Rancatore, IV, age 20, died on Monday, February 20, 2017. Peter was born January 26, 1997 to Peter & Monica Rancatore in Toledo, Ohio.
Peter attended St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Elementary School and St. John's Jesuit and Springfield High Schools. He enjoyed playing basketball, & was an avid reader of computer and gaming materials. Peter will be remembered as a sweet boy with a big smile, big heart and who loved his family and gave great hugs.
Peter was preceded in death by his Grandpa Virgil Keller and Nana Doris Rancatore. Peter is survived by his parents Peter & Monica, siblings Jessica and Gus, Grandmother Judy Keller, Papa Peter Rancatore, Uncle Martin and Aunt Joyce Keller, Uncle Tom and Aunt Lisa Bowser and Aunt Maureen (Keller) Meyer, and an extended family that loves him dearly.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Internment at Calvary Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to PALS-Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (www.palgroup.org), or a local substance abuse treatment facility.
