Pauline M. Reef

Pauline M. Reef, age 92, of Perrysburg, passed away August 4, 2019 at Waterford at Levis Commons. Pauline was born January 8, 1927 in Maumee to Albert and Rose (Genslein) Schroeder. She graduated from Maumee High School and Davis Business College. She was employed with the Lawrance Erausquin in Toledo after business school and in her later years at LaSalles Department Store. Pauline was a stay at home mother and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church Perrysburg and their Altar Society, she also volunteered in their cafeteria and in the church. In her younger years she enjoyed ice skating and roller skating, playing tennis. She enjoyed camping with her husband, Bob with the " Inside Outters" camping group, reading, reading the newspaper everyday, spending time with family especially grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Robert "Bobby" (Jan) Reef, Randy J. (Ann) Reef, Johnny (Christia) Reef,; grandchildren, Ryan Reef, Amy Coale, Julie Feltman, Kristy (Kyle) Bridgman, Kelly (Dave) Thielen, Jayson "Tate"(Amanda) Reef, Jennifer Schultze (Chad Herrig), John (Katherine) Reef, Cameron Reef; 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Pauline was also preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 71 years, Robert L. Reef and a sister, Doris Linker.

The family will receive guests Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 12:00 pm. at the funeral home followed by burial at Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Alzheimer's Assoc in Pauline's memory.
