Paul Tower, Sr., 71, passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2025, in Toledo, Ohio.
Born on January 15, 1954, he was the eldest son of Roger and Patsy (Lenwell) Tower. He dedicated his career to General Mills, where he worked for many years before retiring in 2003.
Paul had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found walking the family dog at Wildwood Metro Park or Cabela's with Patsy, his mom. He enjoyed fishing, especially during the Maumee River walleye run—a time of year he eagerly anticipated. Paul also had a passion for riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, embracing the freedom of the open road.
He is survived by his mother, Patsy Tower; his brother, Marty Tower; his sons, Paul (Jenny) Tower, Steven (Vicki) Tower, Tyler (Tiffany) Tower, and Cory Tower; his daughters, Heather (Kelley) Marshall, and Steph Smith; and his many grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor, Peyton, Keaton, Tenly, Chase, Tanner, Trevor, and Teagan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Myrtle Lenwell, father, Roger Tower, and his sister, Karen Greenhall.
The family will receive guests Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 2-4pm at Newcomer Northwest Toledo Chapel, located at 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo, Ohio, 43623, followed by a memorial service at 4pm.
