Paul Douglas Hutton

Paul D. Hutton, age 93, of Toledo, passed away July 26, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Paul was born August 17, 1930 in Pulaski, Tennessee to E.T. (Jack) and Corrine (Smith) Hutton. 

Paul was employed with the Chevrolet Hydromatic Plant in Toledo for 30 years. Prior to that, Paul served his country proudly during the Korean War with the United States Army where he was a medical aid man and also an ambulance driver. He is also a member of V.F.W. Post 606. Paul and Vi were avid fishing partners for many years, they especially enjoyed their time on Lake Erie.

In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his loving wife Viola "Vi" Hutton on September 17, 2019. They were married for 59 years. 

Left to cherish Paul's memories are his son; Doug Hutton; grandchildren: Doug Hutton Jr. and Marlee Hutton; sister: Sara Penington; brothers: Bob Hutton, Bill Hutton, and a host of extended family and friends.

The family had private services for Paul that included military honors.
