Paul David Garza, Sr.

In loving memory: Paul David Garza, Sr. was called home unexpectedly to the Lord on April 15, 2009. He was born December 3rd, 1966 to Gene and Alice Garza. Paul will always be remembered for being a comedian, a fisherman, an artist, a handyman and #1 fan of Elvis Presley, Duran Duran and Kiss. Paul was also known for his kind heart and showing generosity toward others in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Paul was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Garza; Theresa Garza and Jose' Vasquez, Sr. He is survived by his love, Maria Vallestero and his children, Alicia; Nicole (Dominic); Jessica (Moses); Paul Jr.; Vanessa; Michael and Antonia and his extended children, Joshua and Justin Eck. He also leaves behind to share his memory 12 grandchildren; brothers, and sisters, Pauline Santibanez (Rick); Gyen (Tomas) Ruiz; Darlene (Ritchie) Boyer; David; Jimi Dean (Lisa) Garza and Geno Garza; Gina (Kelly) King; Leandra Hernandez and Regina Garza; nieces, Raquel; Nikki; Toni Rae; Libbey and Bianca; nephews, Joe; Pope; Hart; Michael; Ricco; Christopher; AJ; Lucas and David Jr. "Dedders" and many great nieces, great nephews and his canine companion, "Chiquita". Paul will be greatly missed by his family and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). A Prayer Service will be said Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. by Pastor Jesse Marraquin. Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Officiating will be Paul's uncle Pastor Jesse Marraquin. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Toledo.
