Paul A. "Roscoe" Williams, III


Paul Williams III, age 27, of Toledo passed away suddenly on June 12, 2009. He was born on January 2, 1982 to Debi Schumacher and Paul Williams II. Paul was called home at the prime of his life. His loving, caring and sensitive personality will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have had the opportunity to know him. You could always count on Paul to have a shoulder to cry on, a random hug or kiss, a funny remark, computer questions/fixes/glitches, random trivia answers, or just taking your sock and hiding it; which he did everyday. He worked his share of jobs and always gave it his all. In between jobs he could turn to Ted and Sheila (his second home), to have a job for him as they welcomed him with open arms. Paul will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Paul was preceded in death by his Grandma Schumacher, Aunt Mona and Grampa Rucki. He leaves to cherish his memory, his "Mom Dukes"; "Pop Dukes"; sister, Hope; Grandmother, Judy Rucki; a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, special nieces, Marionna; as well as Eryka and April Dodd; best friends, "Brothers"; and a slew of friends and loved ones.

The family will receive guests on Sunday from 2 – 5:30 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 5:30 p.m. and to honor Paul's wishes it will be a closed casket ceremony.

Those wishing to make monetary donations in Paul's memory are asked to consider a charity of the donor's choice.
